Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
